海外の方が書道体験をしてみたい!とお電話をくれてアトリエに来てくれました。
３人ともお道具の説明に興味津々。
特に、墨と墨液の違いや筆の毛についての説明が興味深かったようです。
線の練習もとても丁寧で、お手本をよく見て書くことができていました✨
一本の線を引くことがこんなにもむずかいものだとは思っていなかった、との感想がありました。
正座での練習も新鮮だったようで、とても有意義な時間を過ごせた、楽しかった、と話してくれました。
私もとても楽しく過ごせました！

Guests from America participated in a japanese calligraphy experience. All three were very interested in the explanation of the tools. They were particularly intrigued by the differences between sumi ink sticks and liquid sumi ink, as well as the explanation about brush bristles.
They practiced their lines very carefully and were able to write by closely following the examples. They commented that they hadn’t realized how difficult it would be to draw a single line.
Practicing in the seiza position was a new experience for them, and they said they had a very meaningful and enjoyable time. I also had a great time!
I hope they will visit again! 🌸
